RBW rookie girl group PURPLE KISS is making their first comeback in six months with the release of their mini second album "HIDE & SEEK" on September 8, 2021.

PURPLE KISS has earned the title of "balance idol" through their debut album "INTO VIOLET" in March as a complete idol with outstanding vocal and performance abilities, as well as lyrics, songwriting, and choreography. PURPLE KISS, who were recognized from the beginning of their debut for their outstanding skills as RBW artists, will showcase their unique talents on their first comeback album [HIDE & SEEK], as all of the members participated in the album's production.

This album, "HIDE & SEEK," makes us wonder what PURPLE KISS is hiding. The album is a pure series of processes in which PURPLE KISS searches for and discovers their true selves without any lies, and like the repeated lyrics of the title track, "Zombie," they invite listeners to join them in this process as if they were playing a game.

In the process, PURPLE KISS shares a teenage coming-of-age message to listeners in the cold, emotionless, and rationalized modern world: "Don't weigh things, just follow your instincts, be honest, and love.

The title track, "Zombie," was written and composed by hitmakers Kim Do Hoon and Kang Ji-won, with members Yuki, Wanna One's Kia, and rapper Basic contributing to the lyrics, creating a song that immerses listeners in the honest and witty confessions that only PURPLE KISS can deliver. In addition, the music video was directed by JANIBROS Hong Won-ki, who added a kitschy teenage sensibility to the horrifying mood, creating a new zombie genre that only PURPLE KISS can create.

In addition to this, the second mini-album [HIDE & SEEK], featuring RBW's Davve, Lee Sangho, Seo Yongbae, Huh Sang, Minky, and the famous songwriting team MosPick, contains a variety of songs that will fill this fall with PURPLE KISS' emotions. From "2 A.M.," a song about the members' sleepless nights of excitement, to "A Pearl Necklace on a Pig's Neck," which quotes a proverb in its frank and honest lyrics, to "So WhY," a self-written song by member Chaein with quirky and cute lyrics and a funky rhythm, to "Tears, Jewels, Stars, and You," which evokes a romantic night of love, to "ZzZz," which lyrically expresses the empty feelings that anyone would feel, the songs showcase their wide musical spectrum.

PURPLE KISS continues to challenge themselves with each album, creating a genre that is uniquely PURPLE KISS.
