After the IDENTITY series, WEi is back with the Love series, which sings about growing up and identity.

The first album [Love Pt.1 : First Love], which marks the beginning of the Love series, is a 6-track album that tells the story of young people experiencing their first love.

[Love Pt.1 : First Love]

The first theme of WEi's 'Love Series' is 'Clumsiness of First Love'. It tells the stories of six young people who were clumsy in expressing their love and ended up hurting someone or looking foolish. The film depicts the moment when a young person's unpolished, angular heart, which did not know love, is tamed by someone and gradually shaped into a beautiful thing after realizing true love.

The tracks are like watching a youth movie in which young people hurt each other due to the clumsiness of first love, but gradually become one through misunderstandings and stronger faith and love.

The title track, "Too Bad," conveys the shy feelings of wanting to confess to a crush but not being able to. The awkward singer tries to explain that it's not a bad day for a confession with excuses like 'it's just a beautiful sky' and 'the flowers look like you'. The song has an addictive hook melody on top of a catchy bass line and an energetic guitar riff, which better depicts WeeAy's excitement. When you're in love, everything looks beautiful, and the song expresses the feeling of trembling in front of your loved one.

In particular, on this album, member Jang Daehyun participated in the rap-making of the title track "Too Bad," which was highly anticipated, and also participated in the composition and lyrics of the song "BLOSSOM (피어나)," revealing his talent as a producer.

WeeAy's new song "Super Bumpy" compares the struggles and clumsiness of a first relationship to a "road". It's about bumping into each other and hurting each other, but eventually becoming stronger in love. It features a powerful synthesizer sound and a sophisticated hip-hop beat. In addition, the members' colorful vocals and raps add to the fun of listening.
