DAY6 (Even of Day) will release their new album "Right Through Me" on July 5th.

DAY6's first unit, DAY6 (Even of Day), comprised of Young K, Wonpil, and Dohoon, expanded the group's musical scope and further enhanced their reputation as the "trustworthy DAY6" with their unit album "The Book of Us : Gluon - Nothing can tear us apart" released in August 2020. Their second mini-album 'Right Through Me', featuring their new musical color, is set to hit listeners' tastes once again.

The intuitIVEly titled title track "Right Through Me" captivates the listener with a melodic line that melds the feel of a 90s Korean ballad over a jazzy chord progression with 90s East Coast hip-hop rhythms. The song's simple lyrics, such as "I can't leave you even if I hate you, because you're right in front of me," are contrasted with the intense sound, giving it an unusual resonance.

"Right Through Me" includes seven songs, including the title track, "We Are," "Epic (WALK)," "Things You Wanted," "At the End of a Tragedy," "Home Alone," and "LOVE PARADE.

Following their unit debut album, Young K and Wonpil revealed their deepened musicality by writing and composing the entire album, including the title track. They convey deep empathy to listeners by musically expressing the emotions that we face head-on in various relationships and processes we go through in our lIVEs.
