XLOV  2nd Single Album [I ONE] Last January, XLOV  made a successful debut with their debut single [I’mma Be], which expressed the origins of “unfinished love and the various kinds of painful love they experienced,” along with each member’s unique charm. Building on the powerful ambition of their debut, they are now solidifying their position as artists with an even hotter and more provocative image. In their debut single [I’mma Be], the line “ONLY, ONLY I’m tryna be your one and only” hinted at the beginning of their story, promising it would grow deeper and never end, leaving audiences eager for the next chapter. In XLOV’s second story, [I ONE], which will fulfill those expectations, XLOV and all beings around the world are portrayed as “irreplaceable” and ‘unique’ simply by existing, and the message that “each person’s beauty is always burning brightly” is conveyed. The second single [I ONE] contains hidden messages throughout, with the main message being “I am the only one in this world.” Additionally, the word ‘ONE’ is transformed into “Want,” a homophone for “desire,” allowing the album to be expressed as “I want.” Furthermore, I.O.N.E is written as l. O.V.E, adding the meaning of “love,” to enhance the fun of wordplay elements. “I ONE” features lyrics written by the team’s producer member ‘Umuti’ for all tracks, including three new songs related to “1 (one)”—1&Only, 1 of LOV, and BIZNESS, which means “one” in Korean—as well as the instrumental tracks for each new song, totaling six tracks. The title track “1&Only” is an Afrobeat/Afropop song that blends rich pad synths, smooth bass, and rhythmic vocals. The lyrics encourage fans and listeners to “move instinctively,” “don’t suppress your burning desire, but let it burn even more,” and ” I am unique to you, and you are unique to me. Don’t hide anything—show me everything as it is.” Another track, “1 of LOV,” is an emotional song that blends Afrobeat, piano, R&B elements, ambient synths, and powerful log drums. It conveys the message, “Let’s be a helping hand to those who are lost and wandering, and move forward together toward our destination,” and ” With XLOV, the secrets we’ve been hiding from each other will no longer be hidden from the moment they meet,“ and ”No matter what happens in the future, I will not let go of your hand.” Finally, the third track, “BIZNESS,” is a minimalist yet powerful hip-hop track combining the intense elements of 808 bass with a kitschy, energetic chant-style vocal. The lyrics deliver XLOV’s confident and assertive message to those who dislike others: “Go away,” “If you want the skirt we’re wearing, we’ll gladly give you a spot to wear it,” and ” Your wish list is just a tedious business to me.”
