1. What countries do you ship to?
We are located in Korea and ship to most countries worldwide.
You can check our shipping list on the sign-in page.
If your country isn’t listed, you can place an order via Korean proxy sites instead.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and credit card payments.
Due to PayPal’s policy updates, a 5.0% additional handling fee will be charged for PayPal payments.
*Debit or Prepaid cards are not accepted when choosing Credit Card as the payment option.
3. How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?
It depends on the total order weight, the buyer’s location, and the chosen shipping option.
We normally ship orders within 1–2 business days and will contact buyers if it takes longer.
Please note that our responsibility is limited to dispatching items through the shipping option selected by the buyer. We cannot prevent or predict any delays caused by the destination country’s customs office or postal service.
If you need faster delivery, choose a faster shipping option instead of requesting us to speed up the shipping.

4. What currencies do you accept?
We accept USD, CAD, AUD, EUR, and GBP through PayPal.
If you choose Credit Card as the payment option, the total will be converted to USD according to the exchange rate at the time of payment.
5. Can I request a specific version?
If the version you want is in stock, we can send it.
We can’t keep all versions available at all times, so if you’d like to know what versions are currently in stock, please contact us before placing your order.
You can request a specific version by leaving a note when ordering.

7. Will I pay taxes when receiving my order?
Customs policies vary by country, so we cannot confirm whether additional import taxes will apply.
Please be prepared to pay any customs duties your country may charge.
We are not and cannot be responsible for any charges imposed by your country.
8. Do your products come with photobook, photocard, poster, etc?
All our items are brand new and include everything they are supposed to come with.
If you’d like to see the contents, please check product descriptions or YouTube unboxing videos.
9. Do you accept pre-orders?
No, we only sell items currently in stock.
Newly released items are normally added on their release date, and our first stock (until sold out) comes with pre-order benefits.

10. Why is my credit card payment declined?
Credit card payments usually fail if the card is not eligible for 3D authentication or foreign transactions.
Please contact your card issuer for more information.
11. Can you send me a free gift along with my order?
We don’t offer any free gift on our website. Do not ask us to send anything else other than ordered items for free.
Doing so will only cause unexpected delay or cancellation.
12. How often do you restock your products?
Our inventories are updated daily, but this does not mean sold-out items are restocked immediately.
Some items may not be restocked if they are no longer in print.
14. My order has just been placed, but I can’t find any tracking number. Why?
Tracking numbers are issued when packages are shipped, not when orders are placed.
There will be no tracking number until your order has been dispatched.
15. Do you take wholesale orders?
No, we only operate on a B2C platform.
16. Do my orders count to the Korean music charts?
Yes, all our sales are reported to Hanteo and Circle (Gaon) charts.
