1. What countries do you ship to?
We are located in Korea and ship to most countries worldwide. You can see the full list of available shipping countries at checkout.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and credit card payments. Please note that a 5% handling fee applies to all PayPal payments due to their policy changes.
*Please note: Debit or prepaid cards cannot be used with the credit card payment option.
3. How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?
Shipping time and cost depend on the total order weight, the buyer’s location, and the chosen shipping option. We normally ship orders within 1–2 business days and will contact you if it takes longer.
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot prevent or predict any delays caused by customs or local postal services in the destination country. For detailed shipping options and estimated costs, please visit our Shipping and Handling Details page.
4. What currencies do you accept?
We accept USD, CAD, AUD, EUR, and GBP through PayPal. If you choose Credit Card as the payment option, the total will be converted to USD according to the exchange rate at the time of payment.
5. Can I request a specific version?
If the version you want is currently in stock, we can send it. We cannot keep all versions available at all times, so if you’d like to know what is in stock, please contact us before placing your order. You can request a specific version by leaving a note during checkout.
6. Will I pay taxes when receiving my order?
Customs policies vary by country, so we cannot confirm whether additional import taxes will apply. Please be prepared to pay any customs duties your country may charge. We are not responsible for any charges imposed by your country.
7. Do your products come with photobook, photocard, poster, etc.?
All our items are brand new and include everything they are supposed to come with from the manufacturer. If you’d like to see the contents, please check the product descriptions or YouTube unboxing videos for that item.
8. Do you accept pre-orders?
No, we only sell items that are currently in stock. Newly released items are normally added on their release date, and our first stock (until sold out) often comes with pre-order benefits. You can check upcoming releases here, which will be available on their release dates.
9. Why is my credit card payment declined?
Credit card payments usually fail if the card is not eligible for 3D authentication or foreign transactions. Please contact your card issuer for more information.
10. Can you send me a free gift along with my order?
We do not offer free gifts with orders at this time. Please understand that requests for additional free items cannot be accommodated and may delay your order processing or result in cancellation.
11. How often do you restock your products?
Our inventories are updated daily, but this does not mean sold-out items are restocked immediately. Some items may not be restocked if they are no longer in print.
12. My order has just been placed, but I can’t find any tracking number. Why?
Tracking numbers are issued when packages are shipped, not when orders are placed. You will receive an email with your tracking number within 1-2 business days after your order has been dispatched.
13. Do you take wholesale orders?
No, we only operate on a business-to-consumer (B2C) platform.
14. Do my orders count toward the Korean music charts?
Yes, all our sales are reported to Hanteo and Circle (Gaon) charts.
