great service
the low rating is for the manufacturer as my album arrived with some weird black ink (?) smeared all over it from the inside and it wouldn't wash off. i wish it could've been returned back to them before it was sent to me or something but great customer service nonetheless it's very rare to encounter an issue with this site!
